SERVICES: Cigoutlet.net provides intermediary services between the Buyer and the number of authorized Sellers that are selling the Product. The Buyer names Cigoutlet.net his/her agent in making everything necessary for facilitating the ordering process and delivering the Product to him/her.

JURISDICTION: The Product is sold by the Sellers in conformity with the legislation of the given jurisdiction in which the Seller is located. The Buyer understands that the Sellers are not situated in the USA.

TITLE TO THE PRODUCT: The Buyer recognizes that title to the Product passes from the Seller to the Buyer once everything necessary had been done to package the Product and the parcel(s) leave(s) the warehouse. The Seller handles the parcel(s) to the delivery agent in the Seller's jurisdiction. The Buyer allows the Seller to select the delivery agent on his/her behalf.
Any arrangement, contract and transaction initiated with/involving the Seller shall be considered to be executed in the jurisdiction of the Seller and controlled by the existing legislation of this jurisdiction.

DELIVERY: All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours upon transaction submission.

PROHIBITED: The tobacco products sold on this site are intended only for personal use and not for resale. The resale of any cigarettes or tobacco purchased from CigOutlet is prohibited by law.

QUALITY: The quality of the product is to a high standard, we cannot be held responsible for variation in quality from the manufactures.

GUARANTEE: We want you to be totally satisfied with anything you order from us. In the case of non receipt and/or damage to the goods CigOutlet will not authorise any refunds until a full investigation has taken place. We are unable to complete these actions until a period of 30 days has passed due to the post offices tracking procedure. All orders should also be insured by your credit card provider.

CHARGEBACK POLICY: Taking into account the fact that our cigarettes are shipped from different countries, we would like to warn you about possible delays. We kindly ask you to get in touch with us immediately whatever problems might occur and not to cancel transactions by filing disputes with your credit card company. If there is any kind of problem we will always seek a solution resulting in either a refund or a replacement of your order.
It's worth mentioning that such unjustified measures force us to refuse future purchases from customers attempting or threatening to do so. If you place an order in our store you agree on our established policy and rules and should you have any troubles you are obliged to inform us primarily. Otherwise, disputes will be contested.
