A school cigarette policy at Yale University has some students fuming.

The policy prevents businesses near the campus from selling tobacco. But students say the school is profiting from investments in tobacco stocks. The dean of the School of Medicine is David Kessler. The former head of the Food and Drug Administration first declared nicotine a drug and was an outspoken critic of the tobacco industry.
